These terms apply when you use the Pinpund mobile app or this website. By signing in you accept them.
What Pinpund is
Pinpund helps you find shops near you and shows you how to reach them. It is a directory: we do not sell anything, take orders or deliver anything. Any dealing you have with a shop is directly between you and that shop.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account. Keep it secure. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 13.
Shop listings
- Listing details (what a shop does, where it is, how to contact it) come from the shop or from public sources. We work to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee they are current or complete.
- A shop appearing in Pinpund is not a recommendation or an endorsement of it.
- Prices, availability and anything you agree with a shop are between you and the shop. Pinpund is not a party to it, and we cannot resolve a dispute about it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Pinpund for anything unlawful.
- Harass, threaten or abuse shop staff or other users.
- Attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Content you post
Reviews, messages, ideas and photos you post are yours, and you are responsible for them. By posting you confirm you have the right to share what you post.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on Pinpund. That means no content that is hateful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, or that targets a person or group; no spam, scams or impersonation; and no content that is unlawful or infringes anyone's rights.
Anyone using the app can report content or block another person from inside it. We review every report, normally within 24 hours, and we remove content and terminate accounts that break this rule. That decision is ours to make and we do not have to explain it in advance.
Availability
We work to keep Pinpund running but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the service.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Pinpund is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Ending it
You can stop using Pinpund and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use Pinpund after a change means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
