Delete your account
You can close your Pinpund account and have the personal data attached to it removed. Here is exactly how, and exactly what happens.
In the app
Open Profile → Settings and choose Delete account. You will be asked to confirm, because it cannot be undone.
By email
Send a request from the email address on your account to pinpund.app@gmail.com with the subject Delete my account. We use the sending address to confirm the request is yours, and we act on it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and the profile behind it: name, email address and profile picture.
- The avatar you chose in the app.
- The notification token for every device you signed in on.
What we keep, and for how long
Anonymous crash diagnostics that carry no personal data may remain in our error-reporting system until their retention period expires. They cannot be traced back to you.
Disconnecting Google
Deleting your Pinpund account does not change anything in your Google Account. To remove Pinpund’s access separately, visit your Google Account permissions page.
